Oral Presentation

For the oral presentations, display facilities (computer, beamer) will be made available. Presenters may deliver their presentation via an USB stick or use their own notebook.

Presenters are required to contact the technical personnel and to install their presentation well before the respective session, so that delays are avoided between the individual presentations during a session.

Presenters are required to limit their presentation to the duration which is given in the conference program. The regular duration of oral presentations shall be

• for Invited Lectures 25 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion
• for Contributed Papers 12 minutes plus 3 minutes for discussion

Any presentations which reside on the computer of the organizer will be deleted after the end of the respective session.
