Poster Presentation

Posters for the scientific poster exhibition will be displayed on designated spaces in the ground floor of the new lecture hall.
The dimensions of the exhibition panels are 100 cm wide x 140 cm high.
For further assistance and adhesive material, there is a Poster Help Desk at the Registration Desk. Please extract you poster number from the program and affix your poster on the poster panel marked with your number. Please use only the provided adhesive material.

Posters of the Poster Session A should be mounted on Sunday, August 31, from 3:00 p.m. or in all breaks on Monday morning, September 01. Poster Session A takes place on Monday, September 01 between 2.30 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. These posters should be removed on Tuesday evening from 6 p.m.
Posters of the Poster Session B should be mounted on Wednesday, September 03, till 11 a.m. Poster Session B starts at 2.30 p.m. These posters have to be removed on Friday, September 05 till 3 p.m.
The organisers will remove posters not removed by the times indicated above and will deposit them at the Registration Counter, where they will remain until 4 p.m. on Friday, September 05, 2008 and if unclaimed will then be destroyed. For posters that are not removed we assume no liability.

In the event that a poster cannot be mounted or removed by one of the authors at the designated time, the authors should contact the organisers in good time to make alternative arrangements.

Poster presentations will take place at the assigned time. You find an overview and order at the program. All Poster referees should be present at their poster for a short presentation during the poster session.
The acceptance of the poster abstract as well as the participation in the poster presentation calls for participation in the IBMM conference. Please nominate a substitude if necessary.
